Nearly two decades ago, when I began my journey in spirituality and witchcraft, the intimidation factor was huge. Though we have made progress, it can still be hugely intimidating wether you're just starting out or have been practicing for years!
My goal is to rip that intimidation and gatekeeping to shreds. I want to make our connection to our natural and metaphysical worlds accessible for everyone who is interested - solitary practitioners, covens, observers and curious onlookers alike.
Immediate difference! I use black salt at work because there’s a flesh pedestrian that occasionally wonders campus at night when the kiddos are sleeping, especially when they’ve been having a challenging week. I mixed the salt with powdered turquoise and dry lavender buds. Most peaceful night in the 3 yrs I’ve worked here!

I'm Kassidy Wolf, aka Momma Wolf. I've been a solitary practitioner of pagan witchcraft for nearly two decades (although saying that makes me feel old). I didn't know it at first, but I was born into the craft. It had been lost, but as with many things in the metaphysical world, it found it's way back to me.
I've been drawn to beginning my own business venture and have dabbled in a few ideas over the last few years, but none really panned out. I realized why my other ideas didn't seem adequate: I want to share my Craft, not just with a glue gun or vinyl, but also with my magic and intuitive gifts. Momma Wolf Metaphysics (and subsequently Momma Wolf Shop) was born.
My goal is to share my passions with you all. When I began my spiritual journey, I faced a ton of intimidation. It was tough trying to navigate the slew of information available, let alone find it. Gatekeeping, wild contradictions and organized religious groups deeming our practice "evil" have kept many from venturing further into the Craft. I want to dispel that.
